We’re offering 5 free vendor spaces at our upcoming Love and Leashes Festival on February 8th, 2025, at Expo NM. This is your chance to grow your outreach and connect with a community of pet lovers—all without financial strain!

Important Dates:

Lottery Closes: December 8th, 2024
Drawing Date: December 15th, 2024
Notification: Winners will be contacted shortly after the drawing.

How It Works:

Eligibility: Open to businesses established within the past 2 years.
Entry Limit: 1 entry per business only.
Benefits: Winners will receive a complimentary 10x10 vendor space at the event, allowing them to showcase their products and engage with the local community.

Terms and Conditions:

1) Check-In and Setup: I agree to check in by 10:00 AM and be fully set up by 11:00 AM on the day of the event if selected as a lottery winner. 2) Non-Refundable Award: I understand that the awarded vendor space is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. If the event is canceled by the organizers, any participation commitments will be voided. 3) Marketing Exclusions: I understand that winning a lottery space does not include promotion on printed event flyers but may include online exposure. 4) Compliance: I agree to adhere to all event guidelines, safety protocols, and conduct standards as outlined by the event organizers. 5) Event Participation: I understand that early tear-down of my booth is prohibited and agree to remain set up until the event concludes at 6:00 PM. 6) Liability: I release the event organizers and venue from any liability for damages, loss, or theft of my property during the event. 7)Confirmation: I acknowledge that, if chosen, my business information may be used for event promotions, including on the event website. 8) Commitment to Participate: If chosen, I agree to participate in the event or provide at least 14 days' notice to the host for them to find a replacement lottery winner.
